Owner
Kara Lecuivre is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in aesthetic medicine, holding a master’s degree from Wal University and certification from the AANP. With a nursing career beginning in Brockton Hospital's Birthing Unit, she now focuses exclusively on Medical Aesthetics. Known for her advanced clinical skills and personalized approach, Kara aims to enhance natural beauty while achieving clients' goals in a welcoming environment. At the med spa, Kara focuses on delivering personalized, results-driven treatments in a warm, welcoming environment. Whether administering injectables or guiding clients through long-term skin journeys, her goal is to create subtle, confidence-boosting transformations.

Outside of work, Kara enjoys working out at a local Spin and Yoga studio and spending time with her family and dog.

Dr. Shektman, of Wellesley Plastic Surgery is highly trained board certified plastic surgeon and is recognized as an expert in the field of cosmetic surgery. He has over 20+ years of experience and nearly 3500+ happy patients.

Lisa Royal, RN
Lisa Royal, RN brings 15 years of nursing and injecting experience in advanced dermal fillers and neurotoxins along with over 25 years of esthetic experience. Lisa takes the time to understand each individuals cosmetic goals and guides them through safe and effective treatments to create naturally beautiful results. When Lisa is not providing exceptional client service at Vive she can be found working as a labor and delivery nurse at a local hospital.
